The location was great, situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. It was wonderful to have a dressing area and a patio to relax on. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the cookware and kitchen utensils made it convenient for us to make our own meals. The electric kettle and am/fm alarm clock were also very useful. We enjoyed watching the flat-screen TV and appreciated the comfort of the carpeted floor. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, giving us the perfect start to our day.

During my Christmas vacation at this hotel, I was highly impressed with its perfect location, close to great restaurants and in an upscale neighborhood. The hotel also offered great amenities, including comfortable rooms with amazing decor and furnishings. The friendliness and professional attitude of the staff were also outstanding.

My stay was marred by the poor management of the hotel, as the pool was not functioning, and the breakfast was quite average. the long distance from the main attractions made it difficult and expensive to get around and enjoy the sights.

I was honestly disappointed with the star rating of this property. For some reason, it was rated four stars, but it's just a pleasant old house with wings attached for rooms.
